In Human Design, the mind is not designed to be the decision-maker. The mind is a brilliant passenger — meant to communicate, navigate, and process — but not to choose. When the mind takes over the decision-making role, it creates the Not-Self. The deconditioning journey is partly a re-education of the mind: from driver to passenger. This is uncomfortable at first, because the mind has been in charge for so long it believes it IS you.
