Solar Plexus: Emotional intelligence, sensitivity, desire. Not-Self of undefined Solar Plexus: avoiding confrontation and truth to keep the peace. Root: Pressure to get things done, adrenaline. Not-Self: rushing due to pressure that is not yours.
