The 6/2's first phase involves direct engagement with life — accumulating experiences, making connections, discovering through living what works and what doesn't. Unlike the 3rd line which overtly experiments, the 6th line tends to have more complete-feeling experiences even in Phase 1. The 2nd line unconscious means natural talent shows up during this phase, often surprising the 6/2 themselves. Relationships, career choices, and life circumstances in Phase 1 are the raw material of later wisdom.
Around 30, the 6/2 shifts into the "roof" phase — stepping back from the engagement of Phase 1 to observe, reflect, and integrate. The hermit quality of Line 2 blends beautifully with the 6th line's roof period: both call for protected solitude and self-directed space. The 6/2 in Phase 2 may become more private, more selective, and more focused on deepening their natural talents away from external pressure. This is the gestation of the Role Model.
In Phase 3, the 6/2's Role Model quality fully activates. They emerge from the roof as a genuine example — embodied, unhurried, and carrying the natural talent of the 2nd line in full expression. They don't need to perform wisdom; they live it. Their presence alone carries authority. The transpersonal karma of the Left Angle means people will find them — often seemingly at random — because the collective needs what they've become.

A 6/2 who is chronically in the social field without recovery time loses access to what makes them most genuinely valuable.
