Generators burn out by doing the wrong work — work that doesn't engage the Sacral response — and then grinding through the frustration because they feel they should be able to sustain it. The Manifestor entrepreneur is the natural initiator — the founder who sees the vision and moves before anyone else has finished deliberating. Your competitive advantage is initiation. Use it. But every time you move without informing — without briefing your team, your partners, your clients on what you're about to do — you generate resistance that compounds. The Reflector entrepreneur is the rarest and most sensitive to environment. Your business is profoundly shaped by who you work with and where you work.
