What an Executive Summary Delivers
An Executive Summary from Dr. LaVeena is not a personality profile or a spiritual overview. It is a mechanical analysis of your bodygraph, applied to the specific demands of senior leadership and executive decision-making.
- Your Type in leadership — How your energetic design actually operates in an organizational hierarchy, and what that means for how others respond to you
- Your Authority under pressure — The specific mechanism through which your correct "yes" and "no" is generated — and why your mind is not that mechanism
- Your energetic sustainability model — What drains you, what regenerates you, and what your design is actually built to sustain long-term
- Your Profile and role — The archetypal function you are designed to fulfill at the highest level
- Defined centers and channels — The consistent energies you bring into every room, and how your team unconsciously responds to them
- Undefined centers — Where you are permeable to conditioning from your environment — and how that shapes decision-making you may not realize is conditioned
- Composite considerations — If relevant, how your design interacts with key team members, partners, or organizational structures
The 4 Types in Leadership — Quick Reference
Leadership looks different through each Type's design. Understanding your Type's natural leadership mechanic — and where the not-self pulls you away from it — is foundational to operating with precision at the top.
The Generator in a leadership role leads through demonstrated mastery and infectious engagement. When a Generator is lit up by the work, that Sacral energy is palpable — teams feel it and respond to it. The Generator's not-self leadership pattern: initiating out of should instead of gut response, then pushing through frustration until everyone around them mirrors that frustration back. The corrective: let the Generator respond into leadership decisions rather than forcing them.
The Projector in leadership is designed to see the system and guide the energy of others with precision. A recognized Projector in the right role is the most effective guide and manager available. The not-self pattern: working to prove worth through output — trying to generate like a Generator — leading to exhaustion and bitterness. The Projector's power in leadership is not in doing more but in seeing more clearly than anyone else in the room and being recognized for that clarity.
The Manifestor in leadership is the initiating force — the executive who moves first and creates impact before others have finished processing. The not-self pattern: moving without informing, creating resistance and resentment in the organizational field because people feel acted upon rather than included. The Manifestor who masters the inform mechanic is transformative. The one who doesn't spends their career fighting unnecessary resistance they are generating themselves.
The Reflector in leadership has a rare and specific power: they reflect the health of the organization back to itself. If a Reflector executive is thriving, the organization is likely aligned. If they are deteriorating, something is wrong at a systemic level — and everyone else is too conditioned to see it. The Reflector's challenge in leadership: being pushed into fast decisions by a culture that doesn't understand their Lunar Authority requires time. Protecting the 28-day decision window for major calls is not indecision — it is correct design.
Authority in Executive Decision-Making
The higher you operate, the higher the stakes of each decision — and the more the conditioned mind will step in to manage those stakes with logic, analysis, and justification. Human Design does not tell you to ignore those inputs. It tells you to identify which intelligence in your body is designed to generate the final signal — and to trust it over the mind's override.
For executives, this matters most in:
- Major pivots and investments — Where the mind will always construct a case either way, and only body intelligence can cut through the noise
- Hiring and partnership decisions — Where gut response, aura resonance, and energetic read are more accurate than a résumé
- Timing — When to move, when to wait. The not-self mind moves from fear and impatience. Correct Authority waits for the signal.
- Exit decisions — Knowing when to stop, when to leave, when to close — before the evidence is overwhelming enough to justify it rationally
The Executive Summary includes a detailed breakdown of your specific Authority type and how it operates under the particular pressures of your leadership context — not as a generic overview, but as applied mechanics for your design.

Q1 2026 — The Authority Problem in the C-Suite
Across thousands of executive charts and readings, one pattern repeats with unusual consistency: the leaders most admired for their "gut instinct" are almost always operating from a defined Sacral or Splenic center — body intelligences that pre-process information faster than the rational mind and surface it as a felt response.
The leaders most notorious for decision paralysis or chaotic pivoting tend to have undefined or open Solar Plexus centers taking on the emotional states of their teams, boards, and markets — amplifying that emotional noise and mistaking it for their own clarity signal.
This is not psychology. It is mechanics. And it is correctable — not by becoming more decisive, but by identifying exactly which intelligence in your body is designed to generate the final signal, and building the conditions around you that allow that intelligence to speak clearly.
