The Rulership cross in Quarter 3 carries a more internalized quality — the realization that true authority requires making sense of limitation and oppression rather than merely projecting power. Gate 47's mental pressure is not pathological; Ra Uru Hu taught that Gate 47 is designed to process difficulty and eventually arrive at the insight that makes the oppression meaningful in retrospect.
