My name is Rui Cardoso, i´m a splenic projector 3/5, and I’ve been working as an Integrative Therapist in the field of health and well-being for the past 10 years. I specialize in the treatment of Chronic Pain, Stress, Anxiety, and Emotional Instability. I offer Therapy and Guidance, and I truly believe that seeing, treating, and supporting the person as a whole is what makes me more of a specialist in People than in Pathologies. My training includes Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Massage, and Human Design — allowing me to serve each person with a deep respect for their individuality and uniqueness. My mission is to: -Help adults manage and reduce chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and emotional instability. -Promote moments of well-being, calm, satisfaction, and inner peace. -Guide those who wish to know themselves more deeply through Human Design. -Create a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels free to be who they truly are.
