I bring over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where I worked across operations, sales, management, and training. My career has been built on understanding performance and people — how individuals work best, how teams thrive, and how leadership impacts results. At 40, I experienced a profound personal rebirth when I suddenly lost my husband, becoming a single mom to our two young children, Dakota and Hunter. That loss ignited a deep journey of self-discovery and transformation. What began with traditional assessments expanded into the system that has changed everything for me: Human Design. As a Certified BG5 Cycles Business Consultant and Analyst, and a 4/6 Influencer/Leader Express Builder (Manifesting Generator) with the Incarnation Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, I know firsthand what it means to reinvent yourself, to rise from burnout, and to step into a new way of leading. For the past six years, I’ve been in my Human Design experiment — living it, testing it, embodying it — and integrating it into my coaching and consulting work. My vision is to empower leaders and teams to communicate more effectively, work in alignment with their natural design, and create environments where authenticity and energy drive performance.
