Susana de Sousa

Português: Sou a Susana e cresci rodeada de histórias e de mar. O mundo que via para lá da janela do meu quarto estava povoado por personagens misteriosas e poderosas, que eu achava muito mais interessantes do que a realidade à minha volta. Quando cresci, devotei a minha atenção à Arte: literatura, cinema, teatro, música, pintura... Atraíam-me a Beleza, a Criatividade, a Harmonia, a Profundidade, a Emoção, o Talento e tantos outros valores magníficos que o Ser Humano tem o potencial de partilhar. A minha vida mundana foi interessante e variada, cheia de interrogações, frustrações e descobertas. Trabalhei em televisão, cinema e teatro, sempre na área da produção. Criei filmes que partilhei com amigos e escrevi livros que nunca foram publicados. Fiz algumas formações ligadas a processos de autoconhecimento (Imagens Mentais, Técnicas de Libertação Emocional – EFT, Método DeRose), antes de descobrir o Human Design. Mergulhei a fundo em mim mesma, pois sentia que não estava a cumprir o meu propósito e que não poderia fazê-lo se não me conhecesse em profundidade. E nunca saí do universo encantado das histórias, sob todas as suas formas e temas. Comecei a prestar atenção ao outro. Descobri que o mundo fantástico que via desde a minha infância existia também dentro de cada um, mas tão disfarçado e escondido que as pessoas pareciam não aperceber-se da dimensão incrível que tinham dentro delas. Senti que podia ajudá-las a verem-se por dentro, pois eu própria já trago essa experiência que desenvolvi comigo mesma. A minha sensibilidade permite-me ver e sentir o que está para lá da fachada, o que reside nos níveis mais profundos do Ser. Criei o projecto YourSELFStory , onde crio histórias intuitivas personalizadas, faço análises de Human Design e ofereço exercícios de autoconhecimento. Utilizo estas ferramentas como forma de aceder ao mais profundo de cada Ser, com o propósito de ampliar a Consciência, curar, elevar a vibração energética e revelar a beleza de sermos quem verdadeiramente somos. English: I'm Susana and I grew up surrounded by stories and the ocean. The world beyond my window was inhabited by mysterious and powerful characters, much more interesting then the mundane reality around me. Latter in life, I devoted my attention to Art: literature, cinema, theatre, music, painting… I was attracted by Beauty, Creativity, Harmony, Depth, Emotion, Talent and other amazing values that human beings are able to share. My mundane life was interesting and diversified, full of questions, frustrations and discoveries. I worked in portuguese TV, movies and theatre, always in the production field. I made movies that I shared with my friends and I wrote books that were never published. I did several trainings in the area of self-knowledge (Mental Imagery, EFT, DeRose Method), before finding Human Design. I dived deep in myself, because I felt that I wasn’t fulfilling my purpose, and I couldn’t fulfill it if I didn’t knew myself deeply. And I never left the enchanted universe of stories, in all its shapes and themes. I started to pay attention to people. I discovered that the wonderful world that I saw in my childhood also lived inside each person, but sometimes so in disguise that people didn’t seem to realise the amazing dimension lying in their core. I felt that I could help them see who they are, because I bring that experience that I’ve developed with myself. My sensibility allows me to see and feel what lies beyond the façade, what lies in the deepest levels of the Being. I gave birth to the project YourSELFStory , where I create intuitive personalised stories, provide Human Design readings and offer online programmes for growing your awareness. I use these tools as a means to access the depth of each Being, with the intention of expanding consciousness, heal, elevate the vibration and reveal the beauty of being who we truly are.
