Professional Journey and Experience With diverse experience across various sectors, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the traffic department, the SA Police Service, and as a Health and Safety Manager. Additionally, I’ve coached learners, conducted internal training in the construction industry, and owned my own video rental franchise. A defining aspect of my career has been my work with BG5. As a Career & Business Consultant, I utilize this leading-edge proprietary system to reveal the hidden potential in work, careers, teams, organizations, and businesses. Since becoming certified, I’ve guided clients from diverse industries, using BG5’s precise and actionable insights to help them achieve clarity, success, and fulfillment. Whether assisting leaders in navigating their challenges or supporting individuals in discovering their career paths, BG5 has allowed me to make a transformative impact. Separate from BG5, I also studied The Human Pin Code, a scientific method that analyzes personality based on a person’s birth date. As a qualified practitioner, I conducted workshops for several years, empowering individuals to gain self-awareness and understand their unique life patterns.
