Biological correlation: The solar plexus nerve bundle; the pancreas; the kidneys and lungs (through the emotional wave). Function: The Solar Plexus Center governs emotional experience, desire, sensitivity, and the emotional wave. It is both a motor and an awareness Center — the only Center to be both. When defined, it creates Emotional Authority. Defined Solar Plexus (approximately 53% of people): On a continuous wave of emotion. No truth in the now. Must wait for emotional clarity. Undefined Solar Plexus: Takes in and amplifies the emotions of others. Highly sensitive to emotional environments. Not-Self: Avoiding conflict and confrontation at all costs to keep the peace — and then exploding when suppressed emotion can no longer be contained. Wisdom: The most emotionally intelligent people on the planet — when they learn to observe emotion rather than identify with it.
