Lesson 25 of 56

The Head Center: Inspiration and Mental Pressure

Biological correlation: The pineal gland and the pressure experienced at the crown of the head. Function: The Head Center generates the pressure to think, question, and seek inspiration. It is a Pressure Center — not a motor. Defined Head (approximately 30% of people): Consistent, self-generated mental pressure. Can inspire others with ideas. Undefined Head: Takes in the mental pressure of others and amplifies it. The Not-Self question: "Am I inspired by this? Am I supposed to be thinking about this?" The conditioning is trying to answer all questions and resolve all mental pressure. The wisdom of the open Head: being able to tell which inspiration is actually important and which is borrowed noise.
