There is a significant difference between having your chart explained to you and being able to read a chart yourself. Rave ABCs is where that transition begins.
This is the first course in the IHDS professional track. It covers the actual mechanical language of the BodyGraph — the black and red, the Personality and Design calculations, the circuits that wire the centers together. By the end of this program, you understand how a chart is built, not just what its outputs say.
Dr. LaVeena B. Archers completed Rave ABCs early in her training and describes it as "the course that stops HD from being words and starts making it visual." Once you can see how the circuits connect and why a center is defined or undefined in a specific chart, Human Design stops being abstract. It becomes something you can actually use to read another person's design, not just interpret your own.
Rave ABCs is also the gateway to Rave Cartography, which is where the deeper layers of the system open up.
