Most Human Design practitioners never reach this level of training. The Differentiation Degree Program is not for newcomers or even intermediate students — it is exclusively for Certified Professional Analysts who want to understand the two most advanced aspects of the system: PHS (Primary Health System) and Rave Psychology.
PHS is Ra Uru Hu's model of the four Streams — how the body is correctly nourished and supported at the physical level. Rave Psychology explores the mind's role in the Human Design system: not as decision-maker (which it cannot be), but as outer authority — how the mind is designed to communicate and share its perspective with others.
Together, the Differentiation Degree covers what Ra called the 4 Transformational Steps — the deepest level of individual differentiation available through the Human Design system.
Dr. LaVeena B. Archers completed the Differentiation Degree Program in full, auditing all components. She holds the system at this level of depth and teaches from it. When she reads a chart, she reads all of it — including the layers that most practitioners cannot yet see.
