Most Human Design education focuses on personal experiment — the individual's Strategy, Authority, and deconditioning process. BG5 is the application of those same mechanics to career and business contexts. It uses a translated version of the BodyGraph specifically calibrated for the professional environment.
BG5 was developed from Ra Uru Hu's system to provide a Human Design framework for career consulting, team analysis, and business partnership evaluation. Where Human Design talks about Type and Strategy in personal terms, BG5 translates those mechanics into Career Types, Career Orientations, and Team Roles.
Dr. LaVeena B. Archers completed BG5 Career & Business Consulting certification through Semesters 1–3, including the Profit Potential Workshop. She also served as a Teacher's Assistant in BG5 foundations programs. Her assessment: "BG5 is the most practical entry point for introducing Human Design mechanics to people who aren't ready to hear about 'living your design' but are very motivated to understand why their work relationships have the dynamics they do."
