Will Power
The energy associated with the Ego/Heart Center in Human Design — the motor of the tribal will. Will Power (or Willpower) is inherently inconsistent and intermittent by design: the Ego Center is meant to be used in purposeful bursts for specific commitments and then allowed to rest. Attempting to sustain willpower continuously leads to depletion and Not-Self behavior. The Ego Center governs will, self-worth, material resources, and tribal agreements. Only those with Ego/Heart Authority are designed to make commitments from this center.
