Unconscious

In Human Design, the Unconscious refers to the Design side of the Human Design chart — the planetary positions calculated approximately 88 degrees of Solar Arc (roughly 88 days) before birth. The Unconscious (shown in red) represents the body's intelligence and the vehicle's conditioned nature: operating below conscious awareness, these are qualities that others may observe in us that we ourselves rarely recognize. The Unconscious Design layer is the body speaking — older, deeper, and less accessible to the conscious mind than the Personality (black) layer.
