Sun/Earth
The axis formed by the Sun and Earth activations in the Human Design chart — always opposite each other in the Rave Mandala (180 degrees apart). The Sun and Earth always activate polar gates, creating a polarity that is the foundation of the Incarnation Cross. The four gates activated by the Sun and Earth in both the Personality and Design calculations form the individual's Incarnation Cross — the primary expression of one's purpose and life theme. Together, Sun/Earth represents the core axis of the design.
