Pressure Centers
The Head Center and the Root Center are the two Pressure Centers in the Human Design BodyGraph. The Head Center generates mental pressure — inspiration, questions, and the drive to figure things out. The Root Center generates biological pressure — adrenaline, urgency, and the drive to complete and resolve. Both centers are motors that fuel movement in the system. Whether defined or open, they exert constant pressure on the mind and body to act — making them central to Not-Self conditioning when not managed correctly.
