Types

Non-Energy Type

Projectors and Reflectors — Types without a defined Sacral Center, not designed for the same sustained energy output as Generators.

Non-Energy Types in Human Design are those Types that do not have a defined Sacral Center and are not Manifestors (who have a motor-to-Throat connection without a defined Sacral). Specifically, the Non-Energy Types are the Projector and the Reflector. Non-Energy Types are not designed for the same sustained, consistent, repetitive energy output that Generators (who have the Sacral motor defined) are built for. Non-Energy Types need more rest and recovery time, and they are not designed to work at Generator pace. Projectors are here to guide and direct the energy of others — not to do the work themselves — and they thrive when recognized and invited to apply their wisdom and understanding. Reflectors are here to sample and reflect the health of the community through their open and undefined design. Both Non-Energy Types need to honor their natural energy rhythms rather than trying to match the output of Sacral-defined Types.
