Neutrinos are subatomic particles with near-zero mass produced by nuclear reactions in stars (particularly our Sun, which produces ~70 billion neutrinos per cm² per second). They travel at near-light speed and pass through virtually all matter without interacting — yet Ra Uru Hu identified neutrinos as the physical mechanism through which planetary information is imprinted upon a human being at the moment of birth. As neutrinos stream through the planets of our solar system, they carry information about those planets' positions in the zodiac; as they pass through a newborn at the moment of first breath, they imprint that planetary information into the body — creating the BodyGraph. The Neutrino Ocean is Ra's poetic term for the omnipresent, invisible sea of neutrinos flowing through and around all matter at all times, constantly carrying and transmitting information from the planetary field. Modern neutrino physics confirms that the Earth is continuously bathed in this stream.
