In Human Design, Manifesting (or Manifestation) refers to the mechanical ability to initiate action directly — to bring things into being through uninvited, direct action without waiting for a response or an invitation. Ra Uru Hu taught that only the Manifestor Type has a truly manifesting aura and the built-in mechanical capacity to initiate without waiting. The Manifestor's Strategy is to Inform before acting — not to ask permission, but to let others know what is coming so they can adapt. Other Types that have a direct motor-to-Throat connection (particularly those with the Channel of Charisma 20-34 or similar) may have a powerful expressive capacity, but this is not the same as the Manifestor's fundamental initiating nature. Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors are NOT designed to initiate or "manifest" in the Manifestor sense — each has their own correct Strategy.
