The Left Angle is one of the 3 families of Incarnation Crosses in Human Design (alongside Right Angle and Juxtaposition). Left Angle Crosses are described by Ra Uru Hu as transpersonal karma: those born with Left Angle Crosses have a life theme that is fundamentally oriented toward and fulfilled through interactions with others. Unlike Right Angle Crosses (which are personal in nature — the life is about self-fulfillment), Left Angle Crosses require the involvement of other people to fulfill their life theme. Left Angle individuals often find that their most significant life lessons, opportunities, and expressions of purpose come through their relationships with and encounters with others. The "karma" aspect refers to the pre-existing karmic patterns that draw specific people and situations into the Left Angle person's life for mutual fulfillment. Left Angle individuals are naturally transpersonal — they are here to impact and be impacted by the collective field.
