Circuits

The Individual Circuit Group is one of the 3 major circuit groups in Human Design (alongside the Collective and Tribal Circuit Groups). The Individual circuit group contains two circuits: the Knowing Circuit and the Centering Circuit. Individual circuitry is the carrier of mutation — the evolutionary force that breaks fixed patterns and introduces change into the collective. Energy in the Individual circuitry operates in a Pulse (on/off) pattern, rather than continuously like Tribal energy or cyclically like Collective energy. Individual design is fundamentally about uniqueness and empowerment: those with predominantly Individual circuitry are here to be themselves — not to fit in or follow the collective — and through living their own unique nature, they catalyze change and empowerment in others who are touched by their frequency. The Individual is often misunderstood or out of place, which is correct — they are here to mutate the norm.
