Energy Aura Types (also called Energy Types or Sacral Beings) are the two Types in Human Design that have a defined Sacral Center: the Generator and the Manifesting Generator (a sub-Type of Generator). Together, these Types constitute approximately 70% of the human population.

What distinguishes Energy Aura Types:<br>- Defined Sacral Center — the most powerful motor in the BodyGraph, providing consistent, renewable life force energy<br>- Energy designed for sustained work — the Sacral is built for engagement with life: creative work, physical work, sexual energy, and the regeneration of life force<br>- Open and enveloping aura — the Generator aura draws life toward it, designed to attract and respond to the correct things<br>- Strategy: Respond — both Generators and Manifesting Generators are designed to wait for the sacral response before engaging. The sacral response (uh-huh / uhn-uhn) — a gut-level, in-the-moment vibrational sound and sensation — is the body's reliable signal for what is correct to engage with<br>- Signature: Satisfaction — when an Energy Aura Type is living correctly, the Sacral's response leads to genuine satisfaction in their work and life

Energy Aura Types are the builders, creators, and sustainers of human civilization. Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors (the Non-Energy Types) depend on the Sacral beings to do the generative work of the world.
