Channel 28-38: Struggle
Channel 28-38 (Struggle) — Purposeful struggle, the fight for meaning, and the individual will to survive
Channel 28-38: Struggle
Circuit: Knowing Circuit (Individual Circuit Group)
Centers connected: Spleen ↔ Root
Frequency: Pulse (on/off)
The Channel of Struggle connects Gate 38 (Fighter — Root) with Gate 28 (The Game Player — Spleen). This is the channel of purposeful individual struggle: the energy of fighting — not for others, not for the collective, but for what is worth fighting for in one's own life. Gate 38 carries the Root pressure of opposition and the instinct to fight; Gate 28 carries the Spleen's existential question of what makes life worth living. Together they form Struggle: the individual who engages with life's challenges not to win but to find meaning in the fight itself. Ra Uru Hu described this as one of the most profoundly individual channels — the struggle here is existential, not competitive.
