The Channel of Initiation connects Gate 25 (Innocence — G Center) with Gate 51 (Shock — Ego/Will). This is the channel of the initiate: someone who has survived shock and emerged with a deeper knowing of the self. Gate 51 carries the energy of shock — the capacity to encounter the unexpected without shattering; Gate 25 carries the universal love of the innocent, a love untainted by personal agenda. Together they form Initiation: the individual who is repeatedly tested by life's shocks, and through each initiation develops an unshakeable relationship with their own nature. Ra Uru Hu described this channel as carrying a competitive, courageous, individual spirit.
