Gate 29 is the Sacral's gate of commitment and perseverance — the capacity to say yes and to follow through. This gate does not analyze before committing; it responds in the moment. The danger is saying yes to too much; the gift is tremendous staying power once correctly committed. In Ra Uru Hu's system, Gate 29 pairs with Gate 46 (Determination of the Self) through the Channel of Discovery: committed perseverance, when the body is in the right place, produces genuine discovery.
